Old Pueblo Sealcoating is an asphalt maintenance company who takes pride in workmanship and total customer satisfaction. Along with our company comes over 35 years of experience in the asphalt industry with 10 of those years serving Tucson and the surrounding areas.

History

You can trace Old Pueblo Sealcoating's roots back to the summer of 1972 when Chris Lutzelberger started his career in the asphalt industry with Skoglund Construction Company Inc. in his home town of Cazenovia New York. After nearly 15 years of service Chris struck out on his own and started his own company, Asphalt Surfaces Inc. Six years later Chris went to work for the Barrett Corporation and was a key player in paving 13 miles of the New York State Thruway between Syracuse NY, and the Seneca River. After two years at Barrett, Chris went on to become a Road Profiler Superintendent at the Jan-A-Rock Corp. servicing all of New York State. In 1996, Chris relocated from New York State to Tucson and formed Old Pueblo Sealcoating.

Chris' hard work and determination over the past 35 years has played a key roll in giving Old Pueblo Sealcoating its outstanding reputation for customer service and workmanship.
